Here's How It Works!

Be Golf Fit is an 8 week progressive and cyclical golf specific fitness program.

When you join you will receive access to our Membership Area. It is here you will watch the videos and download your full color exercise handouts that you can put on your wall, take to the gym or your favorite workout place so you have a reminder of how to do the exercise properly with you when you work out.

These exercises are designed to be done 2-3 times a week. You will begin noticing a difference after just 30 days and huge differences after 60 days.
Remember, you get out of this exactly what you put into it.

Your first video contains 36 exercises and fully instructs you on proper technique, number of repetitions and proper form. This will be your first two weeks of exercises.

As we mentioned we are both a progressive and cyclical program. Progressive so you don't plateau and cyclical to improve your endurance and cardio.

Therefore, we change your exercises every 2 weeks, or 4 times over the 8 week period.

Every 2 weeks you will advance in our membership area and we will give you 10-12 new exercises to replace other certain exercises in the Be Golf Fit Program. Each workout will take you less than an hour.

Here is how the program is structured.

Weeks 1-2: The focus will be on learning good form and how to engage and strengthen the core. You will be working those slow twitch or endurance muscles so you will perform 30 repetitions of each exercise at a 2 second pace.

Weeks 3-4: The focus will be on adding instability while we maintain that
good form we learned in weeks 1 & 2. Again, You will be working the slow twitch muscles so you will continue performing 30 repetitions of each exercise
at a 2 second pace.

Weeks 5-6: The focus will be on adding weight while keeping the instability.
As always, you will want to maintain that good form and engage the core like
we learned in weeks 1 & 2. One of the biggest changes is that this week will change our focus from those slow twitch or endurance muscles to the fast twitch or power muscles. So you will perform only 10 repetitions of each exercise at a slower 4 second pace.

Weeks 7-8: The focus will be on adding weight while we remove the instability. As always, you will want to maintain that good form and engage the core like we learned in weeks 1 & 2. Like in weeks 5 & 6 our focus will be on those fast twitch or power muscles. So you will perform 10 repetitions of each exercise at a slower 4 second pace.

You also receive ongoing coaching and motivation by email. We'll make sure you stay on track so you get the most from the program. Each week you will receive 2-3 emails  offering you personal coaching, guidance and inspiration.
